Before You Go

  • Pray first: Ask God to prepare your heart and guide your steps.
  • Go with others: Walk in pairs or small groups.
  • Be respectful: Blend in, don’t draw unnecessary attention.
  • Expect God to lead: Be ready for the Spirit’s promptings.

While You Walk

  1. Look and Listen
    • Notice the people, places, and atmosphere.
    • Ask God: “What do You see here? How do You want me to pray?”
  2. Bless the City.
    • Speak blessing over homes, schools, businesses, leaders, churches.
    • Pray for families, children, and workplaces.
  3. Pray Scripture
    • Declare God’s Word over the city.
    • Ex.: “Lord, let Your kingdom come here as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10).
  4. Intercede for the Lost
    • Pray that hearts would be opened to Jesus.
    • Ask for workers to be raised up for the harvest.
  5. Listen for God’s Direction
    • Take note of what stands out — a street, a building, a group of people.
    • God may highlight areas for future ministry or church planting.

After You Walk

  • Gather briefly: Share what you sensed God saying.
  • Record insights: Keep notes of locations, prayers, and impressions.
  • Pray again: Thank God for what He is doing, even if unseen.
